SOLDI LAUNCH GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
   This sweepstakes is sponsored by GGH Luxury LLC ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
   Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
   The giveaway begins on May 5, 2026 and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
4. How to Enter
   Participants may enter via the following methods:

Instagram Entry:
• Like the giveaway post
• Follow @soldilux
• Tag 3 friends in the comments (each qualifying comment counts as one entry; unlimited entries allowed)

Bonus Entry:
• Repost the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @soldilux. Account must be public at the time of entry for verification. Each verified repost counts as ten (10) additional entries.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without completing the above steps, send an email to info@soldilux.com with the subject line “SOLDI Giveaway Entry” and include your full name. Each valid email submission counts as one (1) entry.

All entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period.

5. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive a Louis Vuitton Monogram Neverfull MM bag. The item is pre-owned and in very good condition, with possible minor signs of wear. Approximate retail value may vary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected at random on or about June 1, 2026. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message or email (for AMOE entries). The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds
   Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Shipping
   Shipping costs will be covered by the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
9. Taxes
   The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.
10. General Conditions
    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
11. Release
    By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram and Louis Vuitton from any responsibility related to this promotion.

13. Privacy
